Job Description

Our client, an innovative and growing technology company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations and help maintain a professional, efficient workplace. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, supporting teams, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, vendors, and equipment
  • Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, calls, and general inquiries
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, invoices, and basic expense tracking
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and internal systems
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Assist with general HR and finance-related administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an office administration, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort learning new systems
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently in a dynamic environment
  • Professional, courteous, and service-oriented mindset

Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (Onsite only)

Pay: $20 to $24/hour
